The youngest contestant in the mix, takes on one of the oldest. Hasegawa the fast southpaw from Japan, looks to be a good fighter but does he have skills that stand the test of time. Perhaps we will find out here? Not much is known about Escobar, but can he be a black horse in this tournament? 15 x 3 minute rounds Remember: If you provide no reasoning for your vote, your vote WILL NOT be counted. Well...... Hasegawa is a very good fighter in my opinion, very skilled.....I love the fights against Sahaprom, tremendous wars.... he has a good southpaw jab, decent power, he is very fast and agressive.......As far as I know, Escobar was good, fast, good chin, but very inconsistent........It´s hard to tell since I haven't seen him on film......... So Hasegawa by decision.....but maybe im wrong....
Escobar was never dropped or stopped in his career so this is going the distance, methinks. Sixto did tend to be confounded by boxers who operated from the outside, and while I'm pretty certain that he'd press the issue throughout, I think Hasegaw's cleaner punching would probably carry the day in the end.
