Fenech points. Teak and tough he would swarm all over Sapharom and pound out a decision IMO.

I'll go with Fenech on a decision, but he wasn't the Fenech people remember from his 126 and 130 days. Still a bit raw and wouldn't be surprised to see the Thai throw a wrench in the works. However, his swarming style just might be a bit overwhelming. Fenech over 8.

Will be one of those competitive fights the whole way through that only looks like having one winner from the opening bell.

Fenech by a bullying 15 round decision, despite taking as lot of good punches throughout the fight. 10 rounds to 5 or maybe a little wider.

Just went back and read the bantamweight thread where you said you were going to do it. Fair enough, it does put a different slant on things. :good

 

I was watching Sahaprom lately and he was a class boxer, but i don't see that style doing well in this particualar match, against Fenech. I think Fenech would cut the ring and unload, immense pressure he exerts constantly, and he's clearly take a decision because of it.

 

The 8 round distance hurts Sahaprom here because it leaves little doubt about who takes it IMO.

Fenech would swarm his way to a pretty clear victory here...and likely would have done it anyway whether the fight was over 10, 12 or 15 rounds.

Sahaprom was a bit of measured starter...even in his kickboxing days..I see him giving away to many rounds early, become frustrated at his inability to time Fenech or consistently muscle himself away from the ropes and lose most if not all of the first 6 rounds. I then see him being a little more successful in the last two stanzas..possibly hurting Jeff and causing him to play it a bit safe.
