Barbados Joe Walcott is one of the most vicious punchers in history, despite his short stature. How would Sugar Ray Robinson do against him in a 15 round bout in their primes?

I’ve never seen any footage of Barbados Joe Walcott. But we know that Robinson is commonly referred to as perhaps the greatest fighter of all time and would have height and reach over BJW. In addition, Ray fought some pretty strong and hard hitting middleweights and survived and even beat many of them. I’m going to go with Robinson

I don’t think any puncher wants to mix it up with Sugar Ray Robinson…even if you punch harder than him

Walcott is probably the hardest puncher that Robinson has faced, or that atleast I can think of.

Walcott might well have been the hardest puncher in the history of the welterweight division.

He was up there at heavyweight according t some recipients.

He fought many middleweights and light heavyweights, but he was never a contender for those titles.

Well I know Ray had trouble with the heat in one fight but Barbados seems pretty temperate. I don’t think it gets cold but it isn’t sweltering either. Probably a nice breeze coming off the water. So he should be OK there.

Nobody said you should change your pick, it's clear as day that the GOAT SRR is gonna win easy.
I just wanted to show you there is some footage. Sure, he ain't fighting, but this footage is better than no footage.
