Even the Ready 2 Rumble dude is shock declaring a 5th round KO when it was the 6th, horrible face-plant for Pac-man that could be all she wrote for him.

I'm so ****ing happy for Marquez, that was an absolutely brutal knockout. Glad to see manny seeming fine after.

Manny should retire now. I struggle to think of a decent level fighter in recent times, even up at heavyweight, who's came back from a truely brutal KO, being knocked unconcious, and been anything like the same fighter; at the very least it takes a few years, and careful career rebuilding to shake off. Manny is 34yrs old next week, he doesn't have 2-3yrs, and 5-6 fights to rebuild himself.

He doesn't need to fight on, he's made millions, is a national hero, already has a second career in politics made, and is perhaps one of the top 10 boxers of all time; why continue and risk tarnishing it? He only needs to look at somebody like Roy Jones to see why you don't fight on as an elite fighter after a brutal KO. I'd hate to see Manny end up like Roy has.

For so many years now Marquez has been one of my favourite ever fighters.

    But...

That is the most suspicious thing I have ever seen. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say that his new strength and conditioning coach is very talented.

sorry but marquez is a juicer. pac might be/might have been, mayweather might be but with jmm it's just too obvious now. i am actually starting to dislike him

    A truly remarkable fight.

I thought Pacquiao was doing very well early on, he was landing a lot more than in their previous fight & even after the knockdown he still looked very lively. The 5th round was fantastic, even though Pacquiao did some great work Marquez landed a massive right hand counter.

So pleased for Juan, that final punch was a peach.

Well... I got up this morning fully expecting to see yet another robbery. What a shot that was :yikes

Just watched the fight now, that was as good as Manny has looked against Marquez, I think.

I'm interested to see where both of them go from here.

Pacquiao will probably be put in with Rios, whereas Marquez.... **** knows.
