Sylvester isnt great but Sturm is no easy fight for anyone, including the likes of Martinez. His skills might be getting underrated on here because of the lack of name opponents on his record, but hes a skilled boxer with a very good jab. Its not impossble for any of these three to best him, but I think id still favour him against Macklin, Lee or Barker.

I voted for Lee anyways. I think he has more power than Barker and more skill than Macklin. Andy would be better off to target Sylvester for a world title though, as would the other two.

Well being a smart arse about it at the moment it's Macklin because he's the one with a title shot. But really, 1. Lee 2. Barker 3. Macklin. I'd just be happy if we could get two of the mofos in a ring together at the same time like.

Do you mean Spada is at the same level as McEwan? What has Spada ever done besides lose to Zbik?

EDIT: Oh ya, he lost to Oral too i guess.

none have a chance imo mate.......

i read the title and i just think none have any chance......

only chance they have is if someone vacates and they by some fluke are no 1 and no 2 contender......then they have a chance.:good

He's beaten Brian Vera, which is a better win than anybody on Spada record.

I disagree. Vera has lost to every half decent fighter he has faced apart from Lee which was a fight Lee lost rather than Vera winning if you get what I mean.

Spada, McEwan, Asikainen (at that point) all the same level.

Even if McEwan is slightly better Lee went life and death with McEwan while Barker dominated Spada so his win in my opinion is superior.

At the moment I ranked them.

    Macklin
    Lee
    Barker

but i think Barker is the best of the 3 and has more of a chance of winning a title.

I think you mean, Spada has lost to every half decent fighter he has faced. Vera has at least beaten Lee and Mora.

Lee looked like crap against McEwan for much of it, no arguments there.

But what has Spada done to make it a good win?

If there was a thread, "Which fighter is living off beating fighters who are living off losses" then Barker would be top of the pile. :p

He has 3 losses to Zbik twice (not WBC champ) and Oral who's only was is to Abraham. All were in Germany and most fans thought he won.

Spada is a good win based on opponent level, time out of the ring before the fight and level of performance.

your talking absolute bollox if your not impressed by Barkers win saturday.
