One of the first "Triple" Title Holders. (LtWt, Jr. WW, & WW) Note: Tony Canzoneri, Barney Ross and Henry Armstrong were the only boxing champions in history allowed to hold two or more world titles simultaneously.

He's just playing devil's advocate. Trying to wind guys up. He probably never even heard of barney ross. Just hit ignore on guys like him mendoza and Klompton and yr conversation is better and they disappear.

war hero- as us marine, ross fought at the battle of guadalcanal. he single handedly fought off a dozen or more japanese soldiers during the night defending three injured fellow marines. two died, but the next morning, after the fighting, ross carried the surviving marine on his shoulders, who weighed 230 lbs to ross' 140, to safety. awarded the silver star for valor but should have been up for the medal of honor.

What can I say? A good troll never reveals themselves to be a troll and you, sir, are one of the best.

Of course, at the end of the day, a troll is still just a troll so there's not much value in being that. But, y'know, if it entertains you, knock yourself out (and I mean that literally, of course).
