Against barerra? maybe because of his fanbase but the smart money would have been on floyd no doubt..

edit: i read your post wrong......May vs barerra might have seen Barerra as the favorite over Floyd simply because of fanbase...but floyd would have been smart money

126 would be a better catchweight. i have floyd winning because of his physical attributes. reach, height strenght...pound for pound if size wasnt a factor...based solely on skills i wont count mab out. mab beat an underrated featherweight in nas.

No....Barerra was already at the 126 pound limit... he fought Prince in april, floyd fought chico in january... so its best to meet in the middle, barerra move up two pounds and floyd move down two pounds.... floyd wouldnt have had a problem making 128 at all. The thing with Naz is he could be neutralized rather easy by a good boxer, which was the case with barerra...

nahh 126 is where i want it. i give barrera a good chance at 126.
128 is too much floyd will overwhelm MAB at 128.

But thats not how it works in pro boxing.... and what the difference anyways? barerra went as high at 135... so your point is moot...

I don't think EITHER were in their prime at 130. So talking about them meeting in their prime then spewing out 130 is completely pointless. Floyd's prime was 135, Barrera's 122. That's a hell of a difference!

Your kinda naive, how old are you? You must be new to boxing forums. These people REALLY DON'T BELIEVE Morales or Barrera would beat Mayweather, they just dislike Mayweather. 90% of boxing forums is satire.

Barrera and Morales career highlights were fighting each other. Morales was almost shut out by Zahir Raheem, but that gets swept under the rug. Morales did beat a PRE-JUICE Pacquiao, I give him credit.

Floyd was in his prime best at 130 lbs...in january 2001 floyd fought chico for the lineal 130 lb title... Now 3 months later MAB fought the prince at 126 4 pounds less then floyd mayweather and MAB probably weighed more the floyd on those fight nights as well so like i said it was a realistic fight that could have been made while both were "prime" fighters..

Mayweather was green @ 130 and had bad hands back then, thats why Castillo was kinda close. His prime was 140.

Nobody's in their prime at 22...kid.....this isn't girls tennis or gymnastics.

You should never call a world champion green especially an olympian with an outstanding amatuer background who became a world champion by beating the no.1 guy in his division in his first world title fight with 18-19 career wins.:huh.... it takes alot of experiencein the fight game and talent to do what he did.... this is not a green canelo were talking about here, who beat a ww to become champion and get schooled by the best man in the division, FLOYD MAYWEATHER...!:deal.... you have to learn that kid!:yep

    FLOYD BEAT HERNANDEZ
    CANELO BEAT HATTON

MAb is an ATG with more ATG wins than mayweather that ladies and gentlemen is a fact.
