Let's hope he retires win or lose , i don't wanna see one of my fave all time fighters keep declining

 

I think they heard about Marquez-Khan and they wanted the chance to become a 4 time mexican champ before Marquez had the chance but I see Barrera getting beat in this one.

 

Very well deserved fourth tittle if he wins at this stage of his career. I would have to say that this would put him ahead against Morales and JMM at this point imo.

Reuben I'm just curious to why you hate Barrera. I realise evreyone hates a fighter but I can't think of any reason why anyone would hate Barrera (apart from the press conference brawl against Morales) and was wondering what you have against him.

Just his general attitude in and out of the ring, the agressiveness he shows towards other fighters (Obviously he does in fights) etc. Similar to the reason Im not too keen on Duran.m OH and we cannot forget he put a beatdown on my favourite fighter in Naz, aswell as forcing his head into a turnbuckle in the corner of the ring, no need. :yep I was glad to see him get whooped by Pacman.

i know their intentions, but anything involving MAB shouldnt include a belt, he just doesnt deserve a title shot...

whatever the case - got two great mexicans fighting each other which WILL sell good for what they're worth. Both love to punch and get into firefights, though Soto's getting a bit reserved as he's getting up in age too. Hopefully it will be a competitive fight and not a blow-out....

 

good on you! i remember barreras rematch with pacquiao and i was coming up with ridiculous chances of barrera nickin it lol
i still think people will be surprised with what he has left in the tank people who say soto will stroll to a ud i think are crazy in all seriousness.....i cant see barrera seeing that happen and not thinkin about just goin for it

 

MAB can be an ******* outside and inside the ring but in no way in hell can you hate on the guy!!! well thats how i see it at least. Even if he insulted my mother and smacked me across the face for no apparent reason id still love to watch him fight, and would root for him. :yep
