    i agree a bit harsh saying he didnt acheive cos he only got silver he was 17 years old and the only brit there no one can take away what he did

    Fair point I suppose.

    But, it was the PPV **** that really pushed me over the edge. £15 for 58 seconds of action?!? and it wasn't as if the underbill went close to saving the show.

    The bill tomorrow isn't getting as much flak, but that is really only because Barrera is the opponent.

    because he's cocky and full of ****. beat a couple of featherweights you'd never have heard of and claimed he was two fights away from winning a world title. Claimed once he had 2% body fat. things like that. He got into trouble for driving away from the scene of an accident he caused.
    British people don't like arrogance. Everyone hated naseem as well. Everyone hated Eubank until he showed his heart and made us respect him.

    edit: Oh and of course he's taking the **** thinking he's worth ppv

    Khan will retire within 2 yrs now its obvious how bad his chin is- i guess its a big gamble to fight barrera- if he wins, it sets him up for a big payday

    They aren't just handed on a plate for doing nothing! They have earned it, they won medals for their country and the Olympics the highest level for amateur boxing. Its like getting highly paid job and golden opportunities for those students graduating from ivy league universities.
