What the hell else do you want, JMM gave pacman a schooling except for two rounds and did all with a broken nose! Dont forget Morales used JMM's blueprint to defeat pac the first time. :yep

I will be putting money on this fight as it looks as though pac will be made the favorite.

Kept on coming?:rofl

....the end of that video sequence then has Pac backpedaling and going directly to the ropes for cover!

In all honesty, everytime Marquez landed a similar combination, Pac could'nt instinctively recounter.....he went to the ropes because it was the only way he knew to get away and reset.

Everytime Pac got hit he ran for cover to reset!

It was either 9-3 or 8-3-1 in favor of JMM.

The first round knockdowns make the fight alot closer of course.

....but make no mistake, I thought JMM clearly won the fight!

My point is that the more the fight went, Pac got less aggressive and to a point gun shy.

Its understandable, anyone who repeatedly gets hit with combinations like the ones in those clips is going to naturally get gun shy and drop his activity.
Pac certainly was not punching with the same passion past the mid-point of the fight that he had been earlier!

Now JMM did'nt dent Pac?:rofl

I think even Pac hardcores can get a good chuckle out of that one!

Pacquaio was driven back against the ropes during the 5th round. Shaken, but quickly recovered. It was a single right hand from Marquez. And yes, Pacquaio looked like going down with the ropes keeping him up. Even the SKY commentators were pretty excited verbally when it happened and Ian Darke said "I thought Pacquaio was going to go down, I'm sure a few more follow up punches and he would have been over, but the ropes kept him up".

It was similar kind of punch which Corley hit Mayweather with and sent him back for cover against the ropes.

And your choice is the right one, right? Don't tell me that all those who voted for Pac are nuthuggers. Pac nuthuggers can only be counted in one hand. Maybe it's time for you to accept the fact.

    Pac
    Morales
    MAB
    JMM

I feel that Morales edges Pac because MAB was beaten clearly twice close to his prime. Morales was never clearly beaten in his prime. JMM although more skilled doesnt have the intangibles that Morales & MAB has, also being beaten by the likes of Chris John & Norwood close to your prime hurts a bit. His fight with MAB was also very close and I though MAB was alot more past it than JMM. Pac lost to unknown guys but he was very clearly far from his prime back then and weight drained. His only real loss is against Morales and I think Morales was the perfect antidote to him, a skilled taller boxer with a chin. Pac himself said the height advantage troubles him specially with his mi-range style and the chin cant be too good for his power.

I thought... WOULD HAVE.... COULD HAVE...............! wether you LIKE IT OR NOT IT DID NOT HAPPEN!

same thread as what you always read
    Prime ali vs tyson...
    Prime hagler vs palvic...
    etc....
THIS THINGS NEVER HAPPENDED WHICH boxings fans can just IMAGINE
    what could have happened.

The way you SOUND you were VERY HAPPY IMAGINING things that NEVER OCCURED!!!!! Wether you like it or not pac was NOT KO'd nor was IN DANGER of getting KO'd. He was hit but there was NO REAL danger... NOW! for the REALITY!!!!

JMM kissed the floor 3X's! It's not a WOULD have.. . COULD have... I though JMM would be ko'd out! YES, my friend, HE WAS KO'd but he was LUCKY!!!

    1) there was NO RULE of 3 KD rule
    2) the JUDGE. Not a pac fan or what BUT THE JUDGE ADDMITED THERE
WAS a mistake in his scoring.

NOW if you are VERY HAPPY on the could have... would have... so be it! TOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD IT DID NOT REALLY HAPPEN!!!!
3X's KISSING THE FLOOR!!!! WHO COULD DENY THAT!!!!!!

this exact quote always makes me **** my self. BARRERA BEAT YOUR GUY TWICE!!!!!!!!

Barrera is most talented, followed closely by Marquez who has his chance to be the best mexican of his generation, in my opinion.

A fighter looking like going down is discouragement in my eyes. Unlike your first reponse, which stated Pacquaio had no problems whatsoever through the entire fight. Well I'm sorry but Marquez did have Pacquaio rocked back from a big right hand, he then went back and covered up, thus shaken. I'm calling it as I see it, and not over-exaggerating the situation.

Im not saying Pacquaio was all over the place on rubber legs, but he was rocked back severely from Marquez. Probably the most hurt either fighter was apart from the three knockdowns in the first round. It was a brief moment Pacquaio was in trouble, his head cleared pretty quickly.

Barrera was better than Morales in my opinion. I thought he won two of their fights, the 1st and 3rd ones. You could argue who had the better career either way, its a close call.

I have Morales at the top and Pacquiao way at the bottom. JMM and MAB are intermingled at 2 and 3. I think Morales is a no brainer even if he lost the trilogy against MAB.
