In terms of skills no...but overall he has more tools to work with b/c of his god given talents. He does just as many things in the ring as JMM, MAB or EM, although a bit different given his unorthodox style, but he still has those attributes that he uses just as the "TECHNICAL" boxers use b/c they have certain skillsets.

Marciano wasn't very talented...he isn't like Manny in any way besides power...but Rocky had CRAZY power and the Will that would see him through a WAR! That was the "X" factor for Rocy...He could end the fight on ONE PUNCH...not wearing his opponent down like Manny does. And "LIKE" Manny their wills are TREMENDOUS and allows them to fight through rough spots in a fight to force their will over their oppoents and ultimately getting them the "W".

PAC has the full arsenal of punches in which he uses all the time now. JMM always used all the punches in the book...PAC now impelements the hook, Uppercut and full range of body punches to add to his famous "1-2" combo that has been so effective. He may not be able to create openings by using angles like JMM or MAB are able to do, but he is able to use his fast reflexes and and quick feet to capitalize on a small opening in his opponets armour that only presents itself for a split second. MAB, EM nor JMM have that kind of natrual speed to do that, they use orthodox methods to create openings as counter punchers do.

Tricky question. The best fighter out of that bunch is Manny Pacquiao, but then the poll question said who is the most talented. The most talented is Barrera.

Talent wise there is no one close to Manny in or around his weight class....Manny's talent rivals Floyd and Roy....His Skills are what lacks. Mab isn't as talented or athletically inclinded to be considered on level with PAC. Talent is what are natural gifts that you can't buy, practice or learn...it's just there.

Power, Speed, Reflexes are all things that you have or you dont'.....you can work on being faster...you can work on power, but if you just aren't heavy handed or you just don't have that swiftness and speed you won't be able to do 50 wind sprints and all the sudden be Carl Lewis. Talent allows guys like PAC, Jones and Floyd to take their game past the elite level and in to levels that are amazing in todays world.

I always get confused when people use the word "talented". When I think of talented, I think of skill. And in that regard, Manny is not more skillful than Barerra, but if you are talking about athletic ability than yes, Manny is higher than all of them, and if you are just talking about who is better, once again Manny Pacquiao.

talent is natural ability, while skill is learned ability.

Morales had the most ability, but you have to ask yourself when was the last time Erik fought a smart fight. He was all machismo and made easy fights difficult by brawling when all he needed to do was use his natural ability to beat opponents. He could have been better than he was, but but heart was bigger than his head.

    1. Morales- Beat the Fighters #2 couldn't beat and IMO beat #2 twice. Master Boxer but loved to slugg.

    2. Barrera- Master boxer who loved to slugg. Destroyed Nas in his prime a a bunch of other guys.

    3. Marquez- Master of Master boxers. Didn't get a shot of greatness till recently. Almost blew it against #4 but proved he was superior to Pac for 10 rounds.

4.Pacquiao- Freak power. One trick pony that can get the job done. Fortunate to have peaked at the twilight of the above mentioned careers.

Ive never been a Morales fan, even though I seen a lot of good in him as a fighter. Maybe just his overall style never won me over. Barrera and Marquez are a bit cleaner and precise technically.
