MAB by a slim edge...I don’t think I would argue strenuously if someone saw it the other way...but for me it is clear enough not to wrestle through it much longer.
I agree on both counts. I kind of think I am unbiased in that I pulled for Morales in all 3 of their battles, and scored all 3 for MAB. In spite of that I don’t think much separates them, but enough for me to rate MAB higher while still preferring Morales stylistically as on of my favorites
I like both guys alot but I started liking MAB more when he started showing mad boxing skill something I never really saw from Morales. There trilogy was my favorite one and it surprisingly doesn't garner much attention considering how great the first 2 fights were. 3rd was good but not very close.
Barrera was better. He had the higher peak, the longer career and was better head to head if you need a tie-breaker. Morales of course is great too and the Pacquaio win closed the distance but not enough.
