barrera protest

    has anybody heard anything on the protest to get a n/c on the khan fight or does anyone know how long these things normaly take ? thanks

    this was after rnd 2 and the fight was aloud to carry on till the 5th surley this clip alone is enough to get the decision changed

    if he would of got that cut from a punch i bet it would of been stopped before the 5th

    The worst cut I've ever seen sustained in a Boxing ring.

    And they would have stopped it after round 1 if it caused by a punch.

    what do you think are the chances of it being ruled a n/c? pretty slim id think, but im hoping they will do the right thing

    yep i agree they would stopp it in favour of khan to get a tko but not for barrera to get a n/c i wonder why its so hard to get the gig names to fight in britain lol

    The first cut i have seen the whole cotton bud thing disappear into someone's head.

    Dave Parris was the ref so that clears up why it wasn't stopped

    id love to see warrens face if hes told its a n/c haha, he wants us all to think khan is some kind of superstar now after that win, hes a ****ing dumbass

    BBBOC rules state that the referees decision is final. Doctor was consulted during round four and said that the fight could continue, which Barrera didn't seem to argue with, and he then came out swinging so obviously realised he had limited time to try to get a knockout. Barrera's corner didn't seem to be agitating for a stopage either.

    Pretty much zero chance of the result being changed.

    Because Warren would hate the idea of a money spinning rematch against an opponent that Khan looked to comfortably have the measure of?

    Anyhow, Khan has a titleshot booked at a weight up so doubt Warren really gives a **** one way or another.
