Barrera tells Manny Focus on Hatton

    "If I’m on Manny’s side, I’ll tell him to wait until next year for Hatton,” said Barrera. “The fans want to see Manny in a competitive fight, not a mismatch. Valero is not good for a tune-up because he is a dangerous and hungry opponent. I think Manny will beat Valero because of his experience. Manny is too smart for Valero and is in his prime. Valero isn’t ready for Manny. But Valero has nothing to lose and will give it everything he’s got.”

    Didn't Barrera say that the only other super featherweight to beat pac is Valero?

    I heard that he said that, while Valero was helping him train.

    If Cotto wins, I think he cockblocks Manny Pac to get a moneyfight against Hatton.

    Pac will be forced to stay at 135 and fight the best in his division.

    As for what MAB says, it makes sense but I think he's protecting Valero (who he said could beat Manny) from a loss. If Pac were to be inactive for this long, only the fans lose out from watching Manny fight again.

    What does Cotto winning have to do with the Hatton /Manny fight ?

    A cotto-hatton fight is more intriguing than a Pac-Hatton fight.

    Well haven't you already learned that Hatton will never fight at welter weight again ..It maybe more intrigueing but the reality is that Hatton Manny is the fight that will be made ..

    Cotto will murder Hatton. But Pac only will give Hatton a Beatdown. Hatton will pick a Beatdown over Murder.

    Hatton pacquio will happen for the simple fact that malinaggi will bore the hell out of the hitman fand as well as the rest of the boxing world .
