Barrera has advantages in everyway physically. longer reac, taller and has always weighed more. Marquez however is a real top notch fighter and has been in his prime for the last 3 years where as barrera at 34 (quite old for a 9 to 9st 4 guy) is kinda slightly passing it. Who wins right now at a catchweight of 127 lbs?
Marquez is far more explosive offensively than Barrera is now. He has more left in the tank. For Barrera to win this fight, I think he would need to keep this more on the boring side (similar to the second Juarez fight) and outbox Marquez at a distance with his longer jab.
