Barrera vs Morales....who is the better fighter in your opinion?

Morales handily.

CLEAR wins over Pacquiao and Jones who both KTFO of Barrera, and going basically 1-1-1 with him is what seals it. Morales also not getting stopped in his prime is what separates him. They both had solid reigns against basically identical opposition.

Barrera was great and seeing him re invent himself was cool but he's a level below Morales.

 

I think the battle of the jabs is quite closer than people think. I'd say that they are both similar with the jab, I don't see how Morales' can be ranked better than Barrera's jab. Barrera at times in their 3rd fight, especially early was outjabbing Morales. Both great fighters and too close to split em.
