I don't know about any use of the word 'typical' in regards to Morales. His set would definitely be a good buy.

Barrera does give you the best of both worlds in his set because you see his style evolve with time.

Either way, whichever you buy now, I'm sure you'll buy the other later on.

A typical Mexican Warrior would be a fighter from Mexico who takes shots to give his. That was Erik against Chi, Chavez, Zaragoza, McCullough, among others.

i wouldnt totally agree with that. i allways felt erik was a better boxer than barrera when he actually boxed he just didnt do it enough. but when he got up on his toes bouncing around back and forth side to side fainting throwing hooks uppers overhands leaping in and out its ****ing beautiful his balance and timing was perfect. the right word to use would be graceful

Not sure how you came up with that but I definitely dont agree, the only fight where Morales really underperformed in his prime was the 2nd half of the 1st Espadas fight (I scored a draw)

We know Marco really underperformed vs Jones & Pac... but the difference is Morales gutted it out & won, Marco was blitzed away - in his prime yrs.

Good post, it suprises me that some people cant see the high class in Morales work, I think they have a mind set where they dont see a guy who loves a tear up as a talented boxer, they have to annalyze things a little better I feel. All the movements from head to toe, rd by rd. Morales was A+ both as a boxer & as a brawler.

there was things around the jones and pac fights tho with jones was the blood vessels damage in his brain and pac was a bunch of **** i wouldnt say morales was inconsistant at all both career dvds are brilliant the only boring fight in all of them is barrera vs juarez 2 which is a great fight too watch if your into how to dominate an opponent

go to boxingdvdvideos.com you would be able to get both thats 94 fights for 38 pounds and he'd likely give you another career set for free

I just got 31 career sets from him thats 1307 fights for only 273 pounds.
