Morales was in his prime when he fought Velardez while Barrera is way past his prime.big diference right there.
Was this fight at SFW, LW or at a catchweight? Can't see Barrera doing much at LW rather than increasing his chance of injury. He is past his prime now and LW is a very dangerous division at the moment. However, he could pick up a SFW belt as one final swansong; Nicky Cook, by all means ISN'T bad at all, would be the best choice. But Barrera would have to put on one last great performance, to beat a younger man who has mixed with fairly decent opposition (Luevano, battered, blamed weight drainage; Alex Arthur, HE lost and blamed weight draining)
