Box early, Pac will be coming, its what he does:fire Technique, skill. conditioning, defense.Dont get Caught early as he did the first time, and JMM, and Morales. Perhpas late he can turn up the heat. If Pacquiao isnt 100%, like Barerra wasnt, in their first meeting? MAB has his opportunity to WIN.:good
morales never fought dirty against pac. thats why theres mutual respect between the two fighters. fight hard, fight clean.
because he doesnt fight back. never saw the guy fight dirty, even when provoked, even as a younger, raw unskilled brawler in the mid 1990s. if his opponents knew that if they hit Manny with a lowblow, tehy'll gonna get a lowblow in return, with Pac's power behind it, I doubt if they'll gonna do it often.
I hope he uses it alot because we know Pac likes to jump in and out his footwork is pretty dam good and a few nasty Mexican liver shots should slow him down. I noticed in his prepartion he has been using the uppercut which could be a good weapon to use since Pacquiao like I said jumps in. But really I hope Barrera does what he did vs Hamed and thats throw double-triple jabs at a very high workrate. If he does that and circles away from Pacquiaos lefthand his jab could break up any of Pacquiaos vaunted righthooks. I cant wait.
Barrera "Suson tokin kita samuka!" Pacquiao "Walang ako Paki alam" Barrera "Pacquiao you bakla" Pacquiao "Oo"
Marco Antonio Barrera needs to use his jab. Throw it with conviction and double/triple it up while moving away from the big straight left. He needs to catch Pacquiao coming in and counter him effectively. He might have to mix it up at times, and when he does, he should get in real close and work the body and the head with real short, crisp punches.
The key is Barreras's jab one of the best in that weight class and never trade punches with a puncher.
