Yeah, seen this earlier this week. Thanks Rob. Barrera doesnt look too bad. His opponent however was pretty woeful. MAB has lost a lot of speed, but it looks like he still has some pop in his punches. We'll see how much he really does have left though against a live opponent.
I think that this is a great fight for Khan. He'll be too big and quick for an aged Barrera. I really didn't think he'd continue past Marquez - I thought that fight wasn't even near close.
When i saw Reilly link this i first thought wheres the speed. He looks like he has aged, as ya would. Still trying to get my head around this......... KHAN Vs. BARRERA !!!! Imagine Khan whups him and retires him, how this will look in the history books is just wrong. It aint a slight on Khan, i just cant believe this is happening. Barrera fights a bot like Limmond.... only with respect to Wullie.... A bit more pop in those punches... However, I don't think he'll want it as much as Limmond did. I think he'll get disheartened and the towel will come in at some stage.
Dont be surprised if Khan KO's Barrera. I want Barrera to to KO Khan. But I see Khan getting hurt and floored and roaring back to KO Barrera. The reason is Khans team have a secret weapon up their sleeve. Playing on Khans big vain ego they have given him a huge motivational tool. THEY HAVE INVITED LEANNE TO HAVE FREE TICKETS AND SIT IN THE THIRD ROW When Barrera floors Khan and is on the verge of knocking him out Khans vain ego will come into play "Oh ****.........Leanne is in the third row watching this................she is ****ing stunning...........she was the smartest girl in my year in School...............what will she think of me if I get knocked out and lose.................oh ****............she might think I'm not a top man anymore !!!!!!" This gives Khans wounded pride all the fire to strike back..........because Leanne is watching.
