    I thought there was going to be a Barrett - Guinn rematch becase apparantly there is some bad blood between the two

    I think Johnson wins close in an ugly and boring fight. The whole fight would be KJ jabbing from the outside, Barrett rushing in, and KJ clinching every time he does so.

    Owen Beck has NEVER been a fringe top 15 guy. Maybe a fringe top 50 guy. Fields is a better win than Beck.

    i prolly overanked beck but he was wba top 10 for a while in and around 04, got two eliminators, and a title shot vs valuev, so he was perceived at least as being a contender for a little while.

    :think I haven't heard any recent news of this... but who knows? Barrett still seems to be hanging around the top and Guinn just won a major upset vs. Berguron (Spelling) so a fight between those two is certainly a future possibility.

    :good Yes. I was totally pissed with Barrett when I saw this fight. It would have been so easy for him to take the belt had he not chosen to slug it out with Valuev. He should have boxed smartly and comfortably towards a decision. I found myself screaming at my tv when he started slugging it out and I was yelling my own gameplan at him even though I saw the fight like a week after it happened. :lol:

    KJ has decent boxing skills and fast hands, limited power though and fights down to the level of his opponent.

    I'd love to see Monte win a world title. Always liked the guy. His style is very good for the division and is really a throwback from the old HBO BAD days when HBO was really putting on good shows.
