Should have Mark de Mori on the undercard, as well as Chauncy Welliver fighting Haumoro. Anybody care?
Cameron should be fighting Welliver and Barrett should be looking for Rahman or Adamek to try to get a Klitschko. Why do these guys both with these minor titles if they're just fighting in one damned place all the time. Weeliver I could see since Cameron would be a huge win for him, and viceaversa, but there's nothing in this fight for Monte really, except to perhaps stick it in Tua's face, IDK. Pisses me off is all. And Welliver is fighting who?:think
Tuas gonna disappear for like two years and then we are gonna hear about a "motivated", "in shape" Tua coming back Hes done it before:bart
They punch for pay, so why wouldnt they want to fight? none of these guys deserves a shot at a world title anytime soon until they start steppin it up a notch or two.:deal
The Cameron Barret fight could end up being a *******! Cameron bleeds really well, and Montes been down an awful lot in recent years,so might be as good as any Rocky movie:rasta Tua is always seemingly going through **** since before he fought LL, and seems he is going through another dose of rough patches. I think it may be the straw that breaks the Camels back this time.:? 30 years in the game and its easy to see him having had enough if he so chooses dontcha think IB? things get old, and thats the time to hangem up.:think
Welliver should be fighting Barett. Props to Shane Cameron though, he's got guts and will fight anyone, Barett probably has to much for him though
TO be fair to Chauncy it is his biggest test yet: Solomon Haumono http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=25891&cat=boxer Not really a big name on the world stage but a Down Under top name (used to a be a rugby player too I think) The thing is that Messer guy was saying Chauncy was lookin to get a better name, one more so on the world stage (Walker, Tua, Barrett) but they ended up with this guy....a guy not really known outside of Australia & NZ So a better test but still nothing to help him at all
**** off, the guy is 36 years old has only 20 fights and is a nobody outside Australia. Typical Welliver opposition. Welliver's cheerleaders have been spouting off about how he's on track to land some big name fights, and then they just go off and find another department store mannequin, rugby player, arm wrestling champion, etc...
