Tragic story..

The guy's reputation in his homeland sucked bigtime already as he's known as a women beater and arrogant *****. And now this on top of all that. Damn!!!

 

fleeing the scene is obviously terrible but fear can make people do crazy things, i think he deserves some credit for turning himself in afterwards at least.

If this happened in Argentina he will more than likely get out of it by paying people off.

Fleeing is an arsehole thing to do, but none of us could say how we would react in that situation if you knew you were at fault, it's instinct and human nature to try and get yourself out of it. What's important is he obviously realised his mistake and handed himself in. Still, he shouldn't of been speeding and a young woman and child have been lost because of it.

 

The last video says that Barrios did not turn himself in...What happened is that there where 3 witnesses who said they saw Barrios and so the police was looking for him. Then he "turned himself in". There was a warrant out for his arrest for double homicide and Barrios waited until his Lawyer was present to turn himself in. *******!

 

He turned himself in after he got to talk with his lawyer from what I understand.

He's been charged with ''culpable homicide''(whatever that is) instead of ''doubly aggravated manslaughhter''.

The BMW X5 he was driving apparently was not his altough this was not confirmed.

Barrios's lawyer,Jose Vera acknowledged that his clinet's case is ''very complicated'' because he fled after the acidnet.
''He was frightened and escaped.It was a very wrong decision because it determined that his arest was that he left the place.'' said the lawyer.
He also said the boxer did 2 tests of blood and urine to be checked if he was drunk.The results will be shown on wednesday.
