Apparently Barrios was ivolved in a minor acidnet after the big one with a family but nothing serious happened.He climbed out to talk to them and exchange documentation for unsurance and left after.
He abandoned the car later but it's not known weather it's was not working anymore or he just wanted to leave it.

 

Sentences for vehicular manslaughter tend to be way to lenient.

 

He's trying to duck Valero by going to prison instead because it's far less traumatic than being KTFO.

He made the decission to speed. And this was probably not 10 over the limit like a lot of us do. This was likely way over the limit. Everything that happened after that was the result of this decission. Then he compounded his problems and made the callous choice of running. He should receive a stiff penalty.

But I doubt he made the decison to ram into those other cars knowing he'd kill the woman and hurt others.
That would have been intentional.It's a tragic acident.
