Excellent PR spin, but if Barry were to go to boxing, it would only be to milk a payday or two. In that case, obviously he will be signing on with the WWE style management group known as BOXA Promotions! They have the next Ali waiting in the wings for Big Baz.

For the record though, he punches **** out of SBW, easily...

He was an unfit slob and an embarassment to himself.

Hall is an elite mobile athlete not a thick necked doorstop. I have no doubt if he gave AFL away tomorrow he could easily move around the ring for 10 rounds. He has continued to box in the off season for years.

 

Even the slobs like butterbean can bang for 3rds, ****'n Webb was gone after 1/2 a rd against a nobody :huh.

Again for the 3rd time, no one is doubting Hall's potential or ability, what we are saying is at 35yrs it's going to be a circus routine picking up a paycheck to supplement his income post AFL career.

fark that was funny , i was at acer that night and as webb got weaker and scott lewis scott stronger , the crowd got behind lewis and gave it 2 that tic tac heart queenslander when he got stopped

Good outing for Lewis, once he got a sniff it was bombs away....not even sure if Webb was hurt or was begging the ref to stop the fight so he could lay down to get his breathe back.

 

Roll up roll up boxing patrons we have another Australian boxing circus tent coming to a showground near you.
If Hall did turn to boxing he would just fight a couple of fat out of shape Samoan pub bouncers without any boxing experience or records of 1-8 or thereabouts and we will have to hear the cringeworthy comments of muppets like Johnny Lewis and Angelo Hyder stating that after half a dozen or so fights Hall will be a match for any heavyweight in the world.

Amazing stuff is the Australian boxing scene.

 

id rather watch barry hall than sonny bill, or carl webb, les mason , or any other footy player..and i dont even like afl
