If Boxnation were to start showing unlicensed fights then their rivals (Sky, Channel 5 etc) would clearly make capital out of this.

Devalue and Decline are two different things. The Klitschko's boring styles and lack of credible challenges have devalued the prestige of the Heavyweight division which in turn has been a definitely cause in the decline of Boxing's popularity.
