I read an article today in the Mirror newspaper featuring Barry Hearn stating that AJ has become a better fighter because of his loss to Ruiz and is a big favourite to beat Fury, would AJ be the bookies favourite to beat Fury, and why on earth would he be a big favourite? I feel it will be a close fight no matter who wins.
Nah, I doubt the bookies will have Joshua or Fury as a big favourite. I think currently Fury is a slight favourite but there isn't a lot in it.
The bookies favor Fury. He came off of a devastating win against the biggest puncher in the division while Aj got smashed by Ruiz and had to box a boring but effective fight to beat Ruiz in the rematch and he didn't look that impressive against past his prime Kubrat Pulev. But styles make fights and I think Aj will be agressive against Fury and this might throw Fury off. Truly the fight is 50/50
the betting line will favor aj. he will either be favored the whole time, or late bets make him favorite near fight time. and he will win.
Joshua is a 3/2 underdog. Fury is 1/2 favourite last time I checked. Hardly anything in it and rightfully so. Only the Fury fans think Fury is a huge favourite.
I think Fury is much better than AJ and will win comfortably but AJ is no slouch, he will come to win and it will be a great fight.
