Why do you want Boxnation gone?

 

That is a big problem - fighters lose profile hidden away on Boxnation.

The majority of the pubs and people have no interest in the channel.

 

Because the home of boxing has turned into the home of missing UK boxing and not delivered.

 

I think you're being very unfair. BoxNation was set up before BT Sports came along. At a time when only a few channels were interested in boxing. Sky were the only dedicated platform and they decided to go with one promoter.

Surely exposure on BoxNation is better than no exposure at all. As Carl Greaves once said 'BoxNation pays me well and I want it to continue'.

The industry has benefited from BoXnation and plenty of fighters and promoters would like to be involved with the channel.

 

Backed by Sky and just about to put on the most lucrative fight money wise in boxing history but I they are skint and need a Carl Frampton payday

 

The problem is that only multisport channels such as Sky Sports and BT Sports are viable and single subscription sports channels are not even for more popular sports such as football and formula 1.

Some fighters will obviously be happy with Boxnation but the vast majority of pubs and the public are not interested in the channel and there is no queue of new subscribers waiting to subscribe in the future.

Boxnation are losing subscribers by the week due to the lack of quality UK boxing every week so the income is dropping and the expenses still have to be paid.

The channel must be increasingly eating away at the pockets of the backers subsidising the channel and it is not sustainable.

Sky and BT will be fighting it out for the boxing within 1-2 years.

What they said wrong was about LSC, they aren't talking to him it was just a dig at Frampton, Has LSC ever mentioned Quigg, Have Showtime ever mentioned LSC? Why would LSC come and fight Quigg in the UK in a half empty arena but wouldn't go to Belfast and fight in a sold out stadium, they may have a point but there is no way in hell Quigg is fighting LSC. Also how do they know what Mcguigan is offering LSC? Eddie thinks he is the big man because Daddy and Sky have handed him everything i hope Frampton wins that world title and tells Quigg to **** off and enjoy defending his paper belt in empty arena's. Oh and on the point of chasing eliminators that situation sums up his boy Kell Brook perfectly, tell us Eddie how long has Kell been chasing a shot now?.

Hearn mentioned taking Quigg out to the States to face LSC. At no point did he mention bringing him here.

Most of the target audience are out on the pull in the early hours of Sat morning and that is why there is no demand for Boxnation as a solo sport subscription channel.

Hearn is not going to take Quigg to the states to box Santa Cruz, you know better than that. They will try and get Martinez in Manchester, but let's keep it real. Quigg will never box LSC as he will be moving up to 126 soon, they will go for Kiko, more winnable fight for him.
