As much as I like McGuigan,this one would have ended very painfully for him. Saddler would have been too fast,and tough. I see the referee pulling a very brave Barry out of there by the six round mark.
Barry was an attacking Fighter, and a very good one at that, but against some fighters it can be virtual fistic suicide to adopt them tactics, unless you have some discernable power- strenght advantages, - Barry Does not in this match-up, A Saddler who does not have to go looking for you is very dangerous, Barry would give it a good go, and it would be exciting for awhile, But this fistic charge of the light brigade may run out of steam by the 7th ? Sandy does not mind it rough and dirty if it heads that way,
barry had pretty long arms and could jab. his workrate and under your guard style was pretty effective. BUT saddler has everything mcguigen had but ten fold
