Based on what is Pac rated higher than DLH???

    And Pac lost to a couple of unknown fighters. First Oscar is an Olympic gold medalist you can not take that away. He beat two ATG in Chavez and Whitaker in the beginning of his career. He beat Mosley at least in one of the matches and Tito two HOF. Pac resume is great also because he faught the amasing maxican trio. So it's hard for me to say who is better. But to say that Oscar is garbage shows that you are biased and a hater.

    Pacquiao won most of his big fights, DLH did not, thats enough for me.

    Im more curious if you have DLH rated higher and if so why?

    I'm not biased at all, hes just gabrage. Lost almost all his big fights, its not even close. I just couldnt believe how many PPL were picking DLH to beat Pacquiao WHEN DLH HASNT BEAT ANYBODY GOOD IN 8 YEARS!!! My easiest pay day ever, THX OSCAR....HAHAHA

    De la Hoya has not a good record in the big fights.

    In almost every big fight the resume was "failed to await the expectations"
