Who would win the onslaught between harthitting 6' 5½"/265lbs Primo "The Ambling Alp" Carnera (1932-1935 version) and current 6' 6½"/225lbs Deontay "The Bronze Bomber" Wilder (current version). Both big men (Carnera was HUGE for his time), both big punchers with enormous reach and both not that technically sound as their peers. Carnera made it all the way to the top, although there are a lot of questions wether or not his win of the championship and even the unfortunate fight leading up to it were entirely legit. (Another resemblance). Who would win this fight between crude tall punchers who could land a bomb on you while standing in the opposite corner?
Is wilder wild? I haven't seen much of him but it seems he is only wild when he has his opponent badly hurt.
Footwork I would think is closer than some would think Power goes to wilder Jab goes to carnera Chin ??? , carnera could definitely go up and down , while wilder us totally untested in the chin department at top level as he hasn't fought a top level fighter

Wilder has some of the worst footwork iv ever seen and his also pretty slow on his feet, i havnt seen much of Carnera but the only way i could imagine it being worse is if Carnera had no feet at all just stumps
Both Wilder and Carnera have soft chins, that's another thing they have in common. I'd go with Wilders speed here. Canera was terribly slow. Skill wise they're about the same, just Wilder is leaner and faster.
come one, saying someone has a quality isn't racist. its positive stereotyping. as for this fight, carnera destroys wilder. Primo was undisputed world champ, wilder is nothing so far beyond a good amateur record.
