In shape Douglas beats Rahman by KO. Better speed, better skills, higher ring IQ. That's enough to beat predictable Haseem Rahman.

hard to say, both men could be KO'd and both showed the ability to take a punch and recover, which makes both men erratic....I remember James Toney rocking Rahman and James was not a puncher but I also saw Rahman recover and beat Sanders because of superior conditioning with James I think he had the confidence issues that many fighters with dominant fathers have like Cooney,Quarry but James also did not always train well

This one may boil down to which version shows up, if its the best versions I would lean towards the Tokyo Buster

Against Tyson Buster was controlling things from long range with his excellant Jab so longer range was his sanctuary, on this night he had the resolve to maintain it, but what if someone with an good stiff left Jab challeged Buster for that Long Range, did not let him have exclusive rights to that Sanctuary...and had a big right hand and left hook waiting for Buster to stray into The Middle No Mans Land... I remember Buster was doing rather well against Tony Tucker..even shook him to his boots...But Tucker gritted his teeth and came back at Buster...not giving Buster that exemption zone...and Busters will evaporated... I certainly thing that Buster has the inherent Talent to beat Rahman....But if Rahman makes him Painfully Compete for every gain then i have my doubts that Buster will prevail... With little in the way of a long range shelter then i think His desire is on an Egg Timer...and the sand would be running....
(Nothing to do with Cowardice at all....perhaps Just a Sensitive guy who does not like hurting people and cares not to summon up those darker predatory instincts ? )

The best Douglas probably beats the best Rahman, but if they are both having an off night, I might be inclined to go with Rahman.

It really depends on which guy shows up.
