One of the great early light heavyweights and had a nice 4 year title reign. What are your thoughts on him?

Levinsky has a very good record. He has an interesting and somewhat tragic life story.

I can't remember if i have ever seen footage of him though. Is there any footage of him?

A champion who took full advantage of the no decision law to protect his title.

You beat me to it! Was just about to say, that just like Al McCoy he held on to his title for several years, despite numerous losses during the ND time.

Yes, there is probably about one minute or so of his no-decision fight with Jim Savage on the undercard of the Jess Willard-Frank Moran heavyweight title fight in 1915 (love those undercards from the teens and mostly '20s, several fights with fighters of which we would otherwise not have any footage). He looks to be a clever boxer. Can't say too much else about him, but I can say that.
