    Don't think so really.

Bayaar was wincing from almost every punch after that and lost his composure completly. Sexton kept fairly composed IMO

Yes . There was an accidental clash of heads in the first round while in the 8th Sextons tactics were to run in hold shinny behind the head stick his head in his eye and butt and rub while punching him with his free hand over and over again for the rest of the fight

Exactly. Ash delt with it and shinny didn't.

Pro boxing, it happens. You gotta get on with it.

Bayyar absolutly schooled Sexton. That is a ****ing disgrace. No wonder Maloney had no worries about putting a 9 fight novice in with an experienced guy like that.

You have two options in scoring this fight:

    1) Give Bayaar seven rounds and Sexton five.

    or

    2) Give Bayaar eight rounds and Sexton four.

The fifth is a bit muddy.

Being as there were no point deductions (despite a fair bit of fouling) and no knockdowns - and barring more disciplined scorers succumbing to the temptation to make a round or two even - that's either 116-112 Bayaar, or 115-113 Bayaar.

A draw is out of the question.

116-112 Sexton is out of line.

A shame that this week's FFN is so tainted, right on the heels of the cracking war between Murray and Buckland just last week.

    Thats your opinion.

I scored the fight as I saw it and I scored it a draw.

But then maybe I know ****!!!

Oughtn't have been close, that's the problem. Had he won a round or two more clearly, there'd be something to the "you have to go the extra mile on your enemy's turf" argument. Minimum rounds for Sexton: four. Maximum: five.

I had it 8-4 Bayaar, however some of the rounds were close.

He wasn't robbed IMO. I couldn't argue with the overall result being a draw. I think Sky were going way overboard about Bayaar early which influences people. Sure he got the better of the first six but I honestly thought a couple were close enough and could have gone the other way.

Paris's card was a bit dumb, don't know how any card could be that wide.
