I know Jeff Thomas of Blackpool cited this reason for the Khan-Barrera falling through but just heard Robert Smith from the BBBC talking on the BBC 5live saying that they're happy for the fight to go ahead.
Good stuff...... So hard to call... re-watched Barrera-Marquez the other night.... Barrera isn't shot.... Just a little more reclusive then he used to be.
With all due respect that was almost 2 years ago, since then Barrera had a 1 year lay off, Just 2 fights against lets be honest poor opposition and Brain surgery, he's a different fighter since the Marquez fight and i really dont think we can expect a close contest come march 14. I hope i'm wrong but only time will tell.
For some reason i thought he had minor surgery early last year aswell? I'm probably wrong i'll look it up.
