There are alot of people on here that think the BBBC will change their minds and sanction the fight in order to make the money from sanction fees................

Just how much could they make?

How does it work? Do they get a percentage of the total profit or do they charge a standard fee?

Can they afford to turn down such a potentially big fee?

    Anyone know? :think

Not sure about for all fights but

    REGULATION 9.31(a)
A purse bid must be accompanied by a deposit of £1,500 in respect of purse bids of £15,000 or less. In respect of all other purse bids the purse bid must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the purse bid up to a maximum of £20,000.

    According to Bunce:

"This is a huge fight, one that would make BBBC several hundred thousand pounds which it can ill-afford to lose."

Yup this is what I said from the beginning. If they strip Mitchell, Burns, Nelson and Tibbs of the licences, they are losing sanctioning fees for a world title fight in the future. They'll soon change their mind. Money talks

They can focus on the better promoters and better shows.

If Mitchell, Burns, Nelson and Tibbs all want to lose their licenses thats up to them, let them get a luxembourg one!

I couldnt give 2 hoots and there's plenty of other boxers and fights out there for the board of control to sanction.

Bollocks. The board are stopping the entire undercard from earning a living because they don't like the main event, even tho they already told Frank Chisora could be licenced under another organisation! The BBBoC sanction individual fights, not entire cards.

It's yet another bull**** move by the unelected BBBC. 'Do it our way or risk your future'. **** that
