I understand all of that and I agree...

but let me ask you... you are a judge or a ref or just an undercard fighter... would you really want to get involved in the controversy? Maybe get caught up into something that is not your issue?

for me, I would stay away so I wouldnt get sucked into something that may or may not affect my future. Why would someone even take a chance?

I dont think that it will even be an issue frankly.

If the board do try to banish people the legal proceedings will commence immediatley and this will be cleared up as to what they can and cannot actually do.:good

The BBBoC can revoke any promoter's, fighter's and official's BBBoC licence which means a promotion won't be granted to stage any BBBoC title fight (majority of FrankW title fights), fighters without BBBoC licence won't be able to challenge etc.

The BBBoC is not punishing for getting licensed under a different board, because unlike in the US where a state covers 100% of licencing, it is legally possible in Europe. They are punishing for going around their ruling on the Chisora-Haye controversy, and since they issued a warning for everybody involved, those still going ahead with the show can be legally stripped of their BBBoC licenses for disregarding this warning. Lose-lose.

The WBC standing behind the BBBoC is a major win for the Board, because Luxembourg risks losing it's WBC membership, which means despite Haye, Chisora etc. being licensed in Luxembourg, they won't be able to challenge for any WBC continental, international or world title (nor for BBBoC belts obviously). And other organizations may join, because they are close with the BBBoC too (each world title fight of recent years held in the UK was staged under BBBoC jurisdiction). So it's not like "BBBoC is crying? **** the BBBoC!", it's ****ing yourself as well.
