Whats shameful is a man walks away from 40mil when he finally had a chance to shut everyone up about him ducking all top WW's. How convenient he found a new drug testing protocol that required drawing blood before the fight just when hes about to fight an elite WW.

2 can play that game *****.

What's shameful is parading around the world like you're some ****ing badass fighting guys who are there to be hit and not willing to fight a guy who will box circles around your limited ass.:deal What's shameful is coming up with every excuse under the sun in order to get out of random blood testing. I'm afraid of needles, taking blood makes me weak. Take that *****:hi:

Like I've stated many times before. PED is not the biggest problem in boxing. The problem with boxing is it has no leadership. All this talk about changing this changing that won't mean **** cause there is no one to enforce it world wide.

I have seen countless posts on this board by people claiming that its impossible for any athlete to cheat with a 24 day window before a fight and a test immediately after the fight.

Clearly Conte has no credibility or expertise on the topic when compared to the experts on this board lol

If the state commision demanded it, fair enough, but why should Pacquiao have to dance to Floyd's tune? Pacquiao doesn't need Mayweather, Mayweather needs Pacquiao.

It's also possible to cheat through daily tests, though. Conte himself has said that, so him saying "you can cheat within 24 days" isn't important.

Of course Pacquiao needs Mayweather, both fighters legacy will suffer if they don't fight.

Conte speaks the truth. He has made some of the best designer roids that money can buy and he says the current boxing tests are a joke.

If drug testing was the reason Pac walked away from negotiations with PBF then I'm pretty disappointed with him.

I think this is the problem. 'State commisions'? There should just be a US boxing commision, and perhaps an EU boxing commision- although Europe obviously isn't just one country. Multiple belts and regulatory bodies cannot be a good thing for the sport
