BBC, apart from some regional shows, before covid, gave up on boxing, just like ITV. It’s high time they were getting back in the mix. They get enough free money, with their yearly tax to cater for boxing fans. Let’s hope this is a sign they are going to do that.
Of course it isn’t a sign that it’s going to do that… It’s just got such a big budget it bought the rights to broadcast for a transient period. Cheap as chips.
