Pleasures all mine big daddy:good PS, Adam Booth slagging off anyone who said Haye had to try and get in early before Wlad settled behind his ramrod jab, the reason people said that is because if Haye didnt gamble, he was going to lose in the manner he exactly did! Get off your high horse booth!
The attack early debate will rumble...all in all I thought Adam was straight and honest. The TOE should never have come out, simple. Adios.
Which is why Booth also said that everyone's got different opinions and it's up to them. Too many pundits predicted Haye to do something that he's never even tried before then slated him after. Completely unfair. Adam is being fair, it's his opinion. Haye lost, but he didn't get knocked out like most of the world thought and that wasn't only because he was defensive.
Listen my good man, I can understand Booth & Haye using the tactics they did, all I am saying is that Booth shouldnt slag off the posters who thought Haye should have gambled early is all! After all, its probably the ONLY way to beat the perfect fighting machine that is Wlad Klitschko. You only get one shot as Eminem once rapped... PS, even legendary trainer Freddie Roach agreed with my take on how Haye should have fought Wlad, even stealing my lines in a newspaper interview:deal
I hope Hatton gets the column inches tomorrow which he richly deserves. Great fighter, numerouse belts, big nights in Vegas, a stunning homecoming and his only losses came against two of the all time greats. Not bad for a fat lad from Manchester.
I think that Adam just wants people to realise that it is not as simple as it seems. It was a raw night. Adios.
But that's just opinion and it's an opinion that's ignorant of David Haye's strengths and abilities as a boxer. Haye had no chance of going out like Mike Tyson and forcing the fight on the front foot. He's not a front foot fighter and hardly ever has been. Every time he did 'gamble', Wlad was too smart, just backed off and regained control. Full credit to Wladimir Klitschko as both Adam Booth and David Haye have said.
