    If Margarito is four, that means that Williams has a win over the best 4th fighter breathing - as recently as last year. Big win.

    so hatton shouldn't be on their after a best win against a top 3 p4p fighter, he's the man at 140 and his only loss coming against the best fighter in the world at a higher weight?

    but cotto should be on the list with his best win being a very close win against an old mosley who was maybe top 15 p4p, and after losing to a top 20 p4p fighter with 5 losses?

    seems like double standards.

    Mayweather and Hatton shouldnt be there. Pavlik should be lower than Vasquez.
    Mijares and Calderon should be in there somewhere. Williams is a doubt as well

    floyd hatton and williams should not be on there IMO
