I think it's probably the right call by the BBBofC but it doesn't mean Smith can't earn a living fighting, just not fight for British titles.

 

You break rules in life you get punished. Problem with big sportsmen is they seem to get to do what they want. I'm sure the board have been quite lenient on this up to now but now see this trend of Hearn doing what he wants is getting out of hand. McDonnell is also involved as well and has also been suspended. Can just allow 1 manager to go about tapping up fighters. I feel sorry for Smith in someways but as I have always been told. I try to stay on the fence with all of this. It does my head in when some make Fast Eddie out to be whiter than white but at the end of the day at least he is never failing to pay fighters which is in my opinion the worst thing that can be done.
