do they work quite well? or are they a waste of money. I've been getting really sore lately and it's been killing my workouts in the gym especially when i run my legs get really sore or my traps get really sore from just punching the bag and don't recover by the time i head back to the gym again. Im sure they work but how well? would this be essential for athletes, im quite picky with spending my money as i do not have a job, busy with school etc.
I'd save my money. I'm not convinced that they'd make any significant difference in the presence of sufficient protein intake.
