Be honest, after the first round, did you think Tyson was gonna beat Lewis?

I thought it was pretty much an even round, but most saw it for Tyson. At that moment, did you think he was gonna pull it off?

Not really, but after I saw him get to Lewis a few times in that round I was hoping that if he had enough gas he might land a big punch in the next few rounds and knock Lennox's big ass out... but sadly that wasn't the case as Tyson was prety much finished after that 1st round assault.

At the end of the round? I only recall them landed somewhere around the 2:30 mark.

Tysons kept saying he needed a few more tuneups because he wasn't ready. If memory serves me correctly Lewis had to take Tyson to court to make the fight happen finally.

No chance cause he wasn't really training much before and wasn't focused at all....

Tyson ducked Lewis, that's why the fight wasn't made earlier.

I thought Tyson turned the clock back in that first round. I thought he looked excellent. I somehow got wound up into a frenzy during the ring walk and then the stare-down and all those frigging security guards in the ring, so at the end of the first round, yeah, I thought Tyson had a very good chance of decking Lewis.

Yes I thought he might have a decent chance after the first round, he looked decent there even though his early attack was countered badly and saw him backing off and nailed hard by Lewis. Round 2 pretty much confirmed he had no chance unless he lands one big shot. When he told Shields in the corner "I'm hurt" after the first round it was clear he's discouraged.

Tyson ducked him? Holy cow, would never have thought Tyson would have ducked anyone

In his prime, Dyson cleaned out the division

He did drop the WBC title to avoid a fight with Lewis before fighting Seldon.

Dude you really don't remember that? Lewis was calling Tyson out after every fight and Tyson kept saying that he needed more tuneups. Tyson had a fight scheduled with Ray Mercer and Lewis who was tired of waiting took him to court claiming that Tyson had violated some agreement or something for them to fight. Tyson was pretty much sued into fighting Lewis.
