Dumb? Rooney that is your first and last name....EXACTLY my point! Floyd knows he started these BS rumors about PAC to avoid facing him in the ring. THe demands for extra blood testing was simply to try and somehow justify his stance that he believes PAC is on roids when he's NEVER tested for it and never has been questioned about it befor.

How convienent! Right before he's suppose to face his biggest and most difficult challenge these allegations come to surface.

If he really wanted to fight he'd never have never come up with these lies and these demands. Knowing that "slander" is a crime he also knows the legal consequences. So instead of accepting the fight as he has in ALL his other fights in LV....he rather go ahead to court and battle it out that way. At least he won't take any physical punishment.

Looks like the tables are turning a bit on this one, its now pac on the attack, lets just hope the fight is signed and a sensible testing regime is in place that both fighers can be happy with and the public can be sure no foul play is going on.

I was never convinced that testing so close to the fight as floyd and his team were demanding was going to be a real solution. A cut off point needs to be established, somewhere between 3 and 14 days maybe.

Its ridiculous that some of you think floyd conceived this elaborate plan to include this form of testing in the contract as a form of ducking Pac. If he really wanted to duck him he would just have never agreed to fight. How could Floyd have known that Pac wouldn't be willing to take the test? This isn't some obsecure uncommon testing procedure. Most world class athletes have to take the same tests. I really wish people would put their affilitation aside and take an objective look at the situation at hand. I am not accusing Pac of juicing, but in the same sense there is no way you can blame whats transpired on Floyd. Pac's people requested this ridiculous $10 million weight penalty because they are fearful Floyd would come in over weight. Floyd is requesting stricter testing policy's because, whether you agree with his logic or not, he is fearful Pac maybe trying to have an unfair advantage. Floyd agreed to the penalty to prove he wouldn't come in overweight, but pac refused to be tested and prove he would come in clean. I really don't understand how so many people are buying into the reasoning behind Pac's refusal to take the test and how with the situation being what it is some of you are still calling for Floyd to just fight him. Would any of you fight someone if you had any reason what so ever to believe they may cheat/have a weapon? Pac needs to take the test/agree to sensible testing. All of his excuses have been dispelled. He is doing everything he can to make himself look guilty and his actions have thus far mirrored those of Marion Jones, Shane Mosely, and multiple MLB players. They would rather go through 20 different ways to try to prove they are innocent, lawsuits, Previous test outcomes, justifying/legitimizing theyre accomplishments, when all they have to do is take the test. All Pac has to do is take the test to shut everyone up, then he can beat Mayweathers ass a further prove his dominance.

For years people ridiculed, assumed, and labeled Sammy Sosa as a cheater with no proof. No positive tests, no one saying they saw him, no one saying they sold it to him, nothing. As we all have found out that all was meaningless because what seemed to be too good was indeed found out to be. Manny never failing a test, is meaningless when you concider the testing he has endured. Same as with Sosa. Manny's refusal to take the test isn't an admission of guilty, but it doesn't prove him innocent either. Same as when sosa refused to speak at the congressional hearing. Again I'm not saying Manny is a cheater but he is digging a large hole for himself. And Floyd cannot be blamed for manny's actions.

Floyd ducked every ****en fighter that was out there for four years. Of course this means that Floyd is ducking yet another.:patsch

He gets no benefit of the doubt. Floyd is the one that needs to prove he is no media blown up champ.
