You're putting this forward for debate as if it will be really tough. Mayweather is not a great, therefore it's easy to pick 3 to beat him from any weight division from any era, more or less. The guy never fought a great in his life (35 yr old DLH was of course not the real DLH). 1st one off the top of my head then: Duran, Whitaker and Chavez would've all whupped him at lightweight. Leonard, Hearns and De La Hoya or Trinidad or Duran would've destroyed him at 147. And I don't even have great knowledge about pre-70s boxing. The guy was good, not great.
Robinson: 147 Armstrong: 147 Leonard: 147, 154 Duran: 135, 147 Hearns: 147, 154 De La Hoya: 135, 140, 147 Chavez: 135, 140 Pryor: 140 Norris: 154 Whitaker: 135, 147 Jones Jr: 154 Brown: 147 Trinidad: 147, 154 Wright: 154 Forrest: 147 Vargas: 154
What's so funny if JLC JCC sparring body gave may hell.JCC will beat him in a colse but clean win for JCC:deal
I would like to add JCC to the most overrated fighters thread. JCC had problems with slick speedy fighters. PBF had problems with JLC when he was injured. When he was healthy in the rematch he won clearly.
