I must say it's wonderful to see Jim covering boxing once again. After HBO closed its doors, we didn't see him for a while. But in recent years he's been starting to show up and covering the sport once again, now for PPV.com. In my mind, Jim Lampley is still the voice of boxing. No amount of time away from the sport can change that. When he shows up on Fight Week, it's like turning back the clock to the HBO days. Of course it's just a pre-fight interview, but it's really good to see him reunite with Canelo here in this interview. This content is protected
Jim Lampley is in my view the greatest boxing commentator of all time. Great interview, thanks @shadow111 for posting that.
Boxing events just aren't the same without Lampley, one of the best to ever call play by play for the sport.
