I honestly haven't seen much speed from Haye at heavy. He starts flailing about when he is trying to finish, but snappy, incisive, combinations, No.

He is faster than the majority of the division but not that fast in my opinion.

 

I don't think you can safely say that, considering Haye's HW opposition has been crap.

His best opponent, Valuev, beat him but Haye was gifted the decision.

Personally, I'd like to see Haye fight Chambers (who is a better technical fighter than Haye), Briggs (more of a warrior than track star Haye) and especially Arreolla (more heart and willingness to fight than Haye).

Then you can make those claims.

Until Haye proves himself by fighting real contenders, you got to STFU.
