would like a bite of advise from being a coach my story is Ive done boxing for years ,Ive gone back to the gym i first started out at 12years old I'm now 39 ,,,been back at the gym for 2 months they already have 4 i would call them fitness coach's,,,Ive been sparring with the lads in there 20 's & my experience shows & would like to teach them some of my experiences of the game,,,Ive let 1 or 2 know I'm interested in coaching the ABA's learning them some techniques ,,its a bit early to show to much interest ,wouldn't want to annoy anyone if i may could i ask for some knowledge ,,,how to become a ABA coach & does it cost anything ????
