Looks from the poster like Pricey is the only guy who will be in the ring on his own. Even then he's probably going to get knocked out.

Solid card. Looking forward to seeing Fowler step up.

The Egg can't expect anything else- he's going to be cannon fodder now.

Tempted to go to this. Fair play to Eddie, this is a proper fun card. Can’t wait. Liam is one of my favourite fighters, he’ll deal with Sam but stylistically they should gel nicely.

My immediate thoughts were Eddie is definitely cashing in on Sam, fair play to Eggington, he will give it everything. Smith will win but he loves a fight and I wouldn’t be totally shocked to see him getting into a war with Egginton. He’ll win that also but it’d be easier if he boxed.

It’s a decent card, I’m made up to see Glover again he was superb last time and I look forward to watching him progress. I’ve liked Fitzgerald a long time but one thing is for sure he needs to improve a lot to handle Fowler. I’m not saying Fowler is a world beater but at very least he’s super fit and Scott looks exhausted often. I may be wrong but I’m sure he may have eluded to cutting corners in the gym last time after he got that great ko.

Anybody have any ideas of who Price May fight. Allen? I doubt it but I reckon Eddie could tempt Hughie with a decent bit of money. Either way, it needs to be someone of a decent level. None of this fighting bums from Eastern Europe and waiting to get on the next PPV.

In my opinion Eggington has been given chances and consequently made some cash thanks to Matchroom. He had a fair run and beat some decent fighters along the way but his style doesn’t lead itself to longevity, on paper he is still young but he has a lot of miles on the clock . It should be fun whilst it last but I will be surprised if Smith doesn’t put him away in less than 6 rounds.

I like the card but its still not great to be honest. i like the fowler fight, and davies. The liam smith fight is mismatch but at it will be a short exciting one, rather a fight like brook vs stripper for example. If david price and glover don't have an opponent by about mid feb, then i can't see it being a good test. hopefuly i am wrong

I agree mate. When you consider he only started to make cash as a journeyman he’s done brilliant. When he moved up he lost all his advantages and with his lack of skill it’ll only end up one way.

What can matchroom do with the Egg man lol.

Can't turn chicken **** into chicken salad.

They could feed him some no hopers and build him up but I am sure none of us would be interested in that!!!

@154 the egg man is very poor tbh, the guy would struggle at area level.

Ffs he couldn't even beat the little African chap
